When we acquired the property of the Eitel family in 1989, it was our aim to continue and expand the motto "Rural-hearty-fresh".
After your order, the trout are taken fresh from our water behind the house and the vegetables, which we obtain directly from producers in the area, are freshly
processed into crispy salads every day.
We obtain our local sausage specialties such as the famous Saumagen or the home-made sausage exclusively from our butcher in Hinterweidenthal.
On our constantly changing daily menu you can also expect delicious game specialties, which are personally shot by our chef and prepared by our trained chefs.
We also see ourselves as ambassadors for Palatinate wine, as the Palatinate fascinates every wine lover with its unique wineries and exquisite wines.
Know what to eat!
We strive for the environment and nature, so it goes without saying that we act sustainably. Among other things, we heat the entire property with renewable energies, the raw material wood.
