KITCHEN
Our varied cuisine offers you a large selection of specialties from the Palatinate, as well as seasonal cuisine tailored to the seasons. In the menu you will find a large selection of starters, main courses and desserts.
In order to support the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, we get our fresh vegetables from the Palatinate wholesale market, the local sausage specialties such as the famous Saumagen or the home-made sausage we get from our butcher in Hinterweidenthal, our trout come fresh from the water. We round off all of this with a variety of fine wines from the Vorderpfalz region.
Wild specialties, which you can take from the changing menu of the day, are only freshly processed.
Menu
Our menu offers you varied dishes and is also accompanied by a seasonal menu of the day.
Customer requests such as gluten-free dishes or avoiding certain ingredients in the case of allergies are gladly taken into account.
Location
The Landgasthaus am Frauenstein is located on the B10 between Hauenstein and Hinterweidenthal and can also be reached from the cycle path between Hinterweidenthal and Hauenstein. For cyclists we offer the possibility of storing their bikes to protect them from the weather.

Our shop offers specialties from the Palatinate, the finest wines from the region, fine brandies and selected gift items.
